Team Tankers has completed its $206m purchase of Laurin Shipping and Anglo-Atlantic Steamship.
The Connecticut-based chemical tanker owner announced in late February that it was buying the companies with a new $220m credit facility that would refinance their debt.
The deal increases Team Tankers' overall fleet from 37 to 52 vessels.
The company was not immediately available for comment.
Of the purchase price, Team Tankers will pay $10.4m
