John Fredriksen’s Seatankers has strengthened its management with the appointment of a new chief operating officer.
Orjan Svanevik, a director of Seatankers since 2014, will take on the senior post within the Fredriksen system, it announced today.
Harvard Business School graduate Svanevik will be responsible for the Group’s day-to-day operations, TradeWinds is told.
Svanevik has held some leading positions in the Norwegian business world, including a three-year stint as head of mergers and acquisitions at Kjell Inge Rokke’s Aker.
