Stolt-Nielsen has paid $112m to buy out the remaining 50% in a chemical tanker joint venture with JO Odfjell.
First-quarter accounts reveal gains from this deal and its takeover of Avenir LNG boosted earnings in the three months to 28 February.
Net profit was $151.4m,
