Tanker owners face a tough second half of 2017 as oil production cuts look set to be extended, according to a report from Stifel.
Saudi Arabian Energy Minister Khalid Al-Falih said over the weekend that cuts of some 1.5 million barrels per day from Opec and non-Opec producers that took effect at the start of the year will be renewed.
