The privatisation of Shipping Corp of India (SCI) has moved a step closer as the government appointed advisers to handle the deal.
SCI said the department of investment and public asset management (DIPAM) has brought in RSSA Capital Advisors as transaction adviser, Luthra & Luthra Partners as legal advisor and Protocol Insurance Surveyors & Loss Assessors as the asset valuer.
