The Stena Sonangol suezmax pool has seen rates rise in the third quarter despite "challenging markets."
Time-charter equivalent (TCE) earnings for its tankers hit $15,967 in the period, against $14,383 a year ago and up slightly compared to the second quarter.
Revenue days rose to 2,062 from 1,527 year-on-year.
It said markets had been challenging in the quarter, but were improving and ahead of expectation in the final three months.
