The European Union is reportedly discussing plans to blacklist a Dubai-based subsidiary of Sovcomflot as part of a new round of sanctions against Russia to mark the first anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine.
The Netherlands proposed the blacklisting of Sun Ship Management with EU officials meeting in Brussels on Wednesday to discuss new measures against politicians, military leaders and banks, according to Reuters.
