Russian shipowner Sovcomflot has an eye on the renewal of its conventional tanker fleet but is ruling out any secondhand investments, its chief financial officer says.
The state-owned company has taken delivery of the first of six LNG-powered aframax newbuildings and sold four older tankers in the first half of this year.
