Turid Moe Sorensen, the former chief financial officer of Nordic American Tankers (NAT), is suing the company over her pension entitlements.
Sorensen claims NAT is not complying with an agreement signed in 2010 that established her pension as 66% of her salary.
In the five years to 2017 when she left the company, Sorensen earned on average NOK 5.5m ($680,000) per year.
