The Singapore Police Force is gearing up for a 4 June auction of a small chemical tanker that became infamous in the city-state for the role it played in its biggest oil theft scandal.
The the 12,000-dwt Prime South (built 2009) had been owned by Prime Shipping of Vietnam until it was ordered forfeited for its involvement the Shell Bukom theft.
