South Korea has seized a second tanker amid diplomatic tension about alleged Chinese oil sales to North Korea.

US President Donald Trump took a swing at China on Twitter late last week, suggesting it had been caught allowing oil into North Korea.

On Sunday South Korean authorities announced they had detained a tanker by the name of Koti amid suspicions of transferring oil to a North Korean vessel, according to reports from Yonhap, cited by news organizations including the BBC and Bloomberg.
