Shipbroker Simpson Spence Young (SSY) has opened an office in Spain's capital Madrid to target the clean tanker trades.
The new office, which is located on Calle Alcala, is led by tanker department director Mike Driscoll, who will work alongside new hire Pepe Alvarez-Silva.
