Bill Hutchins, a marine project engineer at the energy giant, told the Connecticut Maritime Association’s Shipping 2014 conference that the decision will likely come soon because the company has already taken a final investment decision on its small scale LNG corridors for the US Gulf Coast and Great Lakes regions.
