Saudi Aramco is reported to be close to completing the expansion of a pipeline that will allow it to ship more crude from the Red Sea.
The giant oil company is expected to finish the project by September, reported Bloomberg quoting unnamed sources.
The link currently operates well below capacity, but the long-planned expansion will give Saudi Arabia the option to ship more oil from the Red Sea rather than via the Strait of Hormuz.
