Last year was one of rapid growth for Safeen Group, the maritime cluster of the AD Port Group.
Not only did Safeen scale up its offshore fleet but it bought more container ships, moved into dry bulk, acquired a majority stake in one of the Middle East’s largest feeder container operators and rounded off the year by moving into tankers with the purchase of an aframax.
