Russia’s state-run energy giant Rosneft has reportedly issued tenders to sell six cargoes of crude from its Sakhalin-1 project from next month after exports slumped following the invasion of Ukraine.
Tender documents offered crude oil cargoes of 95,000 tonnes for loading from Russia’s De Kastri oil terminal in the country’s Far East from 2 November to 4 December, Reuters reported.
