A US-sanctioned tanker laden with more than 1m barrels of Russian oil appears to be heading for Syria.
Online service TankerTrackers flagged the 158,574-dwt Sabina (built 2011) as carrying crude oil to Syria, which is reeling from the fall of Bashar al-Assad’s government late last year.
