Russia has been able to keep oil moving despite predictions the European Union and G7 embargo and price cap would kneecap exports, Rystad Energy said on Wednesday.
The 5 December measures enacted by the EU, the G7 advanced economies and Australia have only slashed Russian exports by 500,000 barrels per day as the so-called dark fleet is providing enough ships for Russia to keep oil moving, Rystad senior vice president Jorge Leon said.
