Talks that could lift sanctions on Iranian oil and boost VLCCs seem unstable at best.
On Tuesday, the on-again, off-again negotiations resumed in Qatar to revive the scuttled 2015 deal under which Iran agree to limit its nuclear programme in exchange for the US removing economic sanctions.
But a day later, reports are circulating the talks are ending, although neither side would confirm.
