Thomas Murray has returned to BLT Chembulk to fill a vacancy he created over a year ago, TradeWinds has learned.
Deputy chief executive Daniel Dahlgard says the shipping veteran was called back to serve as fleet manager and began work at its Stamford, Connecticut headquarters earlier this week.
Previously, Murray was the vice president of technical operations for Carnival Cruise Lines where he oversaw the Miami-based owner’s fleet of 22 cruiseships, a position he took in March 2011 after a four-year tour with Chembulk.
