Prima Marine’s overhaul of its domestic and international tanker businesses as well its floating storage (FSU) activities, have won the praise of one local analyst.
The improvement by the Thai tanker owner has prompted local finance house Finansia Syrus Securities to re-initiate its coverage of the shipowner with a ‘buy’ rating.
“Previously Prima Marine has always disappointed the market,” said analyst Natapon Khamthakrue in a recent note to clients.
