Product tankers will have a 55-day window to deliver Russian cargoes before they are affected by the latest round of price cap rules, the US said on Friday.
In its first guidance on the operation of a new cap for refined oil products, the US Treasury said that any cargoes loaded before 5 February and delivered before 1 April would not be subject to the pricing and compliance rules.
