Performance Shipping has secured financing for the last of its three newbuildings under construction in China.
The Greek aframax specialist said on Thursday that it had hashed out the $45m, eight-year sale-and-leaseback deal with a third party.
The New York-listed company will pay $6,850 per day for the duration of the deal, plus a $25m balloon payment in the last instalment.
