Athens-based tanker and bulker operator Heidmar is plotting expansion after winning a key vote on a merger that will allow it to list in the US.
Shareholders of Nasdaq-listed lifestyle brand company MGO Global approved the reverse takeover on Friday.
The shipping pool operator and commercial manager, led and controlled by Pankaj Khanna, will combine with MGO to become Heidmar Maritime Holdings Corp when the deal closes.
