Greek tanker and boxship owner Performance Shipping has anointed CFO Andreas Michalopoulos as CEO Simeon Palios' eventual successor.
The Nasdaq-listed former Diana Containerships said it has created the position of deputy CEO for Michalopoulos.
He will stay on as CFO for the "time being," it added.
