OW Bunker says the hiring of Adrian Tolson and Keith Richardson corresponds with the launch of a new physical division that will support its existing trading arm.
The former took the title of regional manager while the latter will serve as a senior trader when they set up shop in the same city they called home during their respective tours with Noble.
In a statement OW Bunker said the initial focus of its latest push will be to provide physical supply in the US Gulf while paving the way for further expansion in key ports throughout North America.
The company claims to be one of the world's largest suppliers of marine fuel oil and lubricants as it controls an estimated 8% of the global bunker market and boasts representation in 25 different countries.
