The company said it was setting up a new physical operation in Aalborg under the Unioil Supply name.
The company consists of eight "experienced professionals from the former OW Supply & Trading," it added.
It said: "As part of its strategy Bunker Holding has decided to enter the physical part of the bunker market.
"The group holds no aspiration of becoming a major player in the physical market but has a goal to become a niche supplier in selected strategic areas and ports.
