Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG)’s planned international-flag spinoff provided a glimpse of its financial performance in filings with securities regulators.

International Seaways would have earned nearly $93.3m in net income in the first half of 2016 had it already been an independent company, the outfit said in a US securities filing.

The company, which will be led by Lois Zabrocky and will trade on the New York Stock Exchange, would have reported $232m in revenue and shelled out $148m in operating expenses.
