Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG) reached outside the shipping industry to fill its chief financial officer and general counsel jobs after spinning off half its fleet.
The New York-listed tanker owner, which is focused on the US-flag sector after spinning off International Seaways, hired Christopher Wolf for the CFO role.
He starts the job on 29 December, after nearly a month as CFO of subsidiary Overseas Bulk ships.
