Greece’s Okeanis Eco Tankers is set to see the benefit of its modern fleet as the tanker recovery clicks into gear.
The Oslo-listed shipowner produced fourth-quarter earnings that disappointed analysts, but improvements are expected in the first quarter of 2022, according to Clarksons Platou Securities.
Analysts Frode Morkedal and Even Kolsgaard said: “With a modern, scrubber-fitted fleet, and sound financials, the company should be well-positioned to benefit from the coming tanker recovery.”
