Ocean Tankers sister company Ocean Bunkering Services (OBS) is bolstering its bunker fleet in Singapore despite the increased competition.
The company confirms to TradeWinds that it has acquired five secondhand bunker vessels from the Singapore market.
OBS, the bunkering arm of Singapore oil trader and shipper Hin Leong Group, declined to disclose the identity of the seller or the financial terms.
