Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Skipsrederi has promoted its chief financial officer to run the Norwegian shipowner after chief executive Geir Mjelde stepped down.
Orjan Lunde becomes CEO with immediate effect. He previously worked for Odfjell Drilling and Nordea.
Mjelde, who became CEO in 2019, will remain with KGJS in a transitional role until the end of May.
