A new suezmax in the fleet of Nordic American Tankers (NAT) will go on an immediate six-year charter with Oman’s Asyad Shipping.
The 157,000-dwt Nordic Hunter will be delivered in a few days, said Norway’s NAT in a statement.
“The contract begins promptly upon delivery from the yard, immediately producing earnings and cash-flow and further strengthening the NAT position in the crucial Middle East region,” said the US-listed company.
