Tanker markets could get a boost with the resumption of oil exports from a major Nigerian crude oil terminal.
Oil major Shell has lifted a force majeure it declared at its Bonny Island export terminal. While the terminal still allowed some exports, output since May had been curtailed due to a pipeline leak. But Shell says it plans to continue a regular loading schedule out of Bonny.
