A new MOL VLCC is to begin a long-term charter with Reliance of India.

The Japanese owner said the 312,000-dwt Phoenix Jamnagar (built 2019) was delivered from Japan Marine United (JMU) on Wednesday.

It will be placed under the control of Phoenix Tankers in Singapore, a 100% subsidiary of MOL.
