Spiros Milonas has stepped down from the board of Navigator Holdings.
The US-listed LPG carrier owner said it was an amicable break-up in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday.
According to the filing, Milonas' resignation was effective Wednesday. He will be replaced by Henry Deans, the former executive vice president at Nutrien, a fertilizer producer and distributor.
