Japan's Meiji Shipping has posted a rise in six-month profit as revenue increased.
The company said net earnings to 30 September were JPY 640m ($5.65m), up from JPY 350m in 2016.
Revenue was higher at JPY 19.54bn, against JPY 17.4bn the year before.
For the full year, it is forecasting profit of JPY 800m, versus an actual result of JPY 1.15bn
