Greece's Liquimar Tankers Management Services is facing pollution charges in the US.
A federal grand jury in Wilmington, Delaware, has returned a four-count indictment against the company, shipowner Evridiki Navigation and chief engineer Nikolaos Vastardis, Bunkerspot reported.
The charges relate to the 167,000-dwt tanker Evridiki (built 2007).
