An empty lifeboat has been found 125 miles from where the abandoned tanker Tamaya 1 washed up in Liberia.
AFP cited a security source in the country as saying the boat was found down the coast from Robertsport, where the 1,400–dwt vessel (built 1980) has been lying since 3 May.
"The lifeboat of Tamaya 1 was seen floating on the ocean yesterday in Buchanan.
