LGR di Navigazione of Italy looks to have exited the shipowning scene with the sale of its last two tankers.
Shipbroking sources say the Naples-based company has sold the 53,100-dwt Posillipo (built 2010) and the Cenito (built 2009).
Market sources confirm to TradeWinds that MSea Group of Cyprus has purchased the tankers in a $36m deal.
The company, led by Mano Modi, is known to focus primarily on products tankers and typically trades its ships on period contracts.
