Swedish shipowner Energifonden Sverige is raising more cash to boost its involvement in the VLCC market.
The board has decided to sell three new bond issues with subscriptions open until 30 May.
The first three-year bond will carry an 8% coupon, while a four-year tranche will pay 9% and five-year notes 10%.
