Record price discounts for Urals crude cut Russia’s export revenues by $3bn in December, according to the International Energy Agency.
It said Russian oil exports had “partially rebounded” following an initial collapse at the start of the European Union ban on its seaborne imports.
Russian exports fell by 200,000 barrels per day (bpd) in December.
