Hong Lam Marine has ordered up to four 8,500-dwt bunker tankers in China, according to the Singapore government.
The Singapore bunker tanker owner has booked two firm units at Dayang Offshore Equipment Co, in Jiangsu province, with options for two more.
No financial terms were disclosed, but the ships are due to be handed over by 2021, according to various shipbrokers.
