Heng Tong Fuels has ordered a product tanker at a Chinese yard.
Clarksons said a 24,000-dwt ship has been contracted at Fujian Mawei Shipbuilding.
Delivery is set for 2019, but no price has been revealed.
The owner is part of Hong Kong's Coastal Holdings.
The group has seven tankers plus the newbuilding.
