Heidmar's Blue Fin Tankers suezmax pool has withdrawn a legal case against Tesoro over a demurrage claim after the refiner agreed to put the case before arbitrators.
The US tanker operator's dismissed its petition to the federal court in New York that aimed to force the refiner into arbitration in the city, according to a document filed by lawyer Rahul Wanchoo.
