Grindrod Shipping continues to scale back its presence in the MR sector after redelivering a chartered-in vessel to her Greek owners.
The shipowner confirmed on Friday that the 51,500-dwt Doric Pioneer (built 2013) had been handed back at the conclusion of her charter.
The Singapore-based shipowner has had the vessel on charter for the past seven years since her delivery from Hyundai Mido Dockyard in 2013.
