Denmark’s Uni_Tankers has offloaded a veteran tanker as part of a “major” fleet renewal and expansion revealed last week.
Brokers reported the 15,600-dwt chemical and product carrier Fionia Swan (built 2005) sold for $8.9m to unknown Greek interests.
The Turkish-built vessel has a ballast water treatment system on board and is rated as worth $8.6m
