Yet another big, vintage crude carrier is to change hands on the secondhand market at a relatively firm price, considering the South Korean-built vessel is due to pass its special survey.
Brokers in Athens and London have reported the 300,000-dwt Najaf (built 2000) as committed for sale at a price of $19.25m.
The vessel’s owners, Athens-based Evalend Shipping, did not respond to a request for comment.
