Brokers have reported Hong Kong’s Greathorse Shipping is selling five chemical carriers in a withdrawal from the tanker sector.
The company is said to have offloaded the ships for $180m combined.
One source named Chinese interests as behind a deal for three of the tankers: the 25,000-dwt Tiger Joy, Tiger Tenacity (both built 2017) and Tiger Harmony (built 2016).
