Up to five brokers and operational staff from Gibsons’ tanker team and at least one from Braemar have resigned, amid talk that they are heading to a rival brokerage that is building up its tanker team.
In a market note to clients seen by TradeWinds, managing director Roger Harrison said Gibsons had “received a number of resignations from our suezmax and aframax broking desks”.
